Working with a Body Control Pilates® qualified teacher, Full Motion Pilates provides group Pilates classes and private sessions in and around North Norfolk. Classes can be easily reached from Holt, Cromer, Sheringham, Alysham and surrounding villages.

Pilates is an excellent way to clear your mind and improve your posture, body alignment, strength, flexibility and balance. It's suitable for all ages and abilities and sessions are offered for the complete beginner to the more advanced.

Daytime and evening classes are available in a selection of lovely venues including The Pheasant Hotel and The ‘Studio’ at Kelling Estate, both near Holt.

Group Classes

Mat based classes are run to ensure that different levels are catered for. For complete beginners, Full Motion Pilates offers a four week Foundation Class in order for you to master the ABC’s of Pilates before moving on to the Beginners/Improvers Class which will offer you the opportunity to work to the level that suits you.  We also offer a Gentle Pilates Class which avoids kneeling and rounding of the spine and is suited to people who maybe less mobile or just want a very gentle class.

Specialist Sessions

Whether you're into Golf, Tennis, Bowls or any other sport, Full Motion Pilates can offer small specialised 4 week Pilates programmes which are tailored to your chosen sport, helping you to develop core strength and ultimately improve your sporting performance. The increased range of movement that Pilates will give you will result in the potential for longer drives in Golf and improve your movement, power and overall game in Tennis.  Sessions can even be run at your club.

Private Sessions

Full Motion Pilates works with individuals to help them meet their specific fitness goals. We offer sessions to clients that find it difficult to make it to a class, or want a more personalised programme that is entirely focused on their body. Small parties or small group sessions are also offered, whether it’s for a hen party, weekend or holiday break and there are a few of you that would like a class, Full Motion Pilates can offer what you need.
